Menuii is a digital menu creation and management platform that allows users to create, customize, and share digital menus for restaurants and food establishments. Our Service includes:

• Public menu sharing via unique URLs

• Search and filter functionality

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Password Reset

If you forget your password, you may use our password reset feature by clicking "Forgot Password?" on the login page. A temporary reset code will be sent to your verified email address. This code is valid for 1 hour. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure to prevent unauthorized password resets.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or submit to Menuii ("User Content"), including menus, menu items, images, logos, and descriptions.

4.2 License to Menuii

By submitting User Content to Menuii, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

4.3 Public Display

Your menus are publicly accessible by default. Anyone with the menu's URL can view your menu content. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for the privacy, security, or use of any information you make publicly available through our Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or objectionable
• Upload content containing viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission

Currently, Menuii is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we introduce paid services, we will notify you in advance and provide clear pricing information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to our Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System failures or technical issues
• Force majeure events
• Actions taken by third parties

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

14. Modifications to Terms
